Founder-led by Nati Mazuz
SortIT is led by Nati Mazuz, who brings hands-on experience across software engineering, product leadership, team management, and business operations.
His approach is practical. He stays close to the work, understands the technical details, and makes sure projects move in the right direction. Clients work directly with someone who can make decisions, not relay them.

Every project at SortIT is led directly by the founder. That means real accountability, clear communication, and fast decision-making.
For development execution, we work with managed outsourced teams based in India and other regions. These teams are selected, guided and quality-checked by us. Clients get the benefit of competitive pricing and dedicated oversight, without managing remote teams themselves.
Beyond development
We also offer advisory and business coaching for companies that are exploring new directions, launching new products, or rethinking how technology fits into their operations.
